How to Return Orders

DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST.

After contacting our customer service:
1. You will receive return case id.
2. You will receive the address where to send items to be returned. If you received different items of the same order from different warehouses then those items may be required to be shipped back to those warehouses in different packages.
3. You will send items to that (those) address(es) receiving confirmation number(s) from your shipping carrier (e.g. Usps, Ups, etc.).
4. You will send to our customer service an email with that (those) confirmation number(s) and your return case id.

Please note that we are unable to make any returns if you will not contact our customer service prior to shipping back or will not follow steps and return requirements described in this return policy.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned C.O.D..

Damage Claims

Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 10 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact customer service and include the product SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs. All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note this process takes approximately 3 weeks.
