Ride was good, but when I messaged them the vendor didn’t respond to me or to viator regarding the time they will pick up. They contacted me night before.

They cancelled a day before the flight for absolutely no reason. They do this to sell ticket at a higher price to people who are willing to pay more in the black market. No point in booking through trip advisor, just book through your hotel.

Just do it! The view were breathtaking, our guide was knowledgeable. Ended it with cake and wine. Very nice!

Our tour ended up cancelled due to weather - which isn’t the tour groups fault. I can’t say much about how the balloon ride would’ve been but I was very disappointed with the communication. We messaged them the day before through viator and on WhatsApp with no response. The balloons leave at 5:30am and all we saw on the site was that the time was 5:30 and the pickup point was our hotel, but there was no info on when they’d come get us (& no response when I asked). Finally after we had slept they messaged us at 11:30 saying it was cancelled. I then messaged to ask if we could reschedule - this was followed again by no response and then an email soon after showing they cancelled it. I should be getting my refund soon but disappointed with the lack of communication.
By comparison, we rescheduled with another group and got an email early afternoon the day before our tour telling us our pickup time was 4:20am.

The ride got cancelled without any prior or post infomation.i tried calling them but there is no response whatsoever. I want my money back or do the ride tomorrow without any additional charges.
This is very frustrating and the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Kindly do the needful as i am a tourist and i will make sure that if nothing is done about this , i will sue Viator for this scam.

Great experience. Better than paying some crazy amounts that other operators charge. They didn't have champagne or food - but that's not what we wanted anyways.

I had such an amazing time, This was a mind blowing experience that i recommend to anyone. Thank god we were able to fly cause the pilot said if the winds & weathers conditions are bad we couldn’t fly. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience

Flying over the chimney and other natural structures.
It appears other balloons were flying much higher than ours which seemed like we were shortchanged so disappointed in that regards. Also, the flight lasted only about 50 mins so not quite an hour.
