The views were beautiful and the food was delicious! The boat felt clean, and the staff were friendly. I loved being able to walk to the top of the boat and see out. However, it was very touristy with too many people at each stop and drinks and snacks were more spendy than I would’ve liked. I wish I did two nights on the cruise because one night flew by!!

We did the 2 days 1 night. I went in with no expectations. We were on the boat for less than 24 hours which I was expecting we’d be on the boat all day the second day but we got off at 11am. I really enjoyed the food and the views. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed swimming and kayaking and feeding the monkeys. Even though we didn’t do 2 nights I would recommend that more because you’d see more and be able to relax on the boat longer. The drinks were more expensive than we expected. There was a lot of waiting around before we got on the boat, before being dropped off of the boat, and waiting for car to pick us up. The rooms were clean and a beautiful view from bedroom windows. Overall 7/10 experience.

The experience was great. I was very happy with Oriental Sails. The boat was the clean, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. They had wonderful activities lined up for us and a well-planned out schedule. We only did one night but highly wish we did two. For the money and time you spend to get out there, it’s way better to go two days. You get to see more of the bay and get out farther than most of the boats and rubbish in the water. One day did not feel like enough and it was highly commercialized. Other than that, staff were so kind, helpful and always had a smile on their face. Very pleasant.

Enjoyed the trip. However very touristy- lots of people so be ready to hurry up and wait. We did the 1N/2D. Left port around 12:15 pm first day and arrived back at 11:30 am the second. It was less than a 24 hr period. FYI.

Fabulous experience, Halong bay was beautiful and the views at sunset were incredible.
Our boat and crew were very helpful and the food was exceptional and plentiful on board.
Rooms were good and cool
Thoroughly recommend
Tip, take some money when you go swimming as water available and showers are chargeable if you want to rinse salt water off

I booked with this agency about a month ago and they made the booking and cruise experience so easy! I was contacted prior to our cruise to arrange pickup and the company was quick to respond. The shuttle pickup was also very easy and convenient. Would definitely book with again

Very nice experience at the cruise! Hospitality and services are world class… the room is clean and activities are very fun. Good communication with the service provider… no hassle getting there and back to the hotels. Highly recommended
