The operator did not show up and trip did not happen. It costed me money and wasted my day. Viator is not very forthcoming in case of refund. The customer service though reachable all the time, get you in the loop of asking from operator and then keep you waiting. I'm now waiting to get my money back. I can only hope that they refund the money

We spent our last full day in Japan on this Hakone Day Tour and it may have been the highlight of the trip! The cruise on Lake Ashi was very scenic and enjoyable. Then, visiting the volcano via the cable car was so cool! The view was amazing and afterwards we were able to get black ramen and it was delicious. The tour concluded with a trip to a mall where you could either go shopping or go to a hot spring. Since I have many tattoos, my wife and I booked a private room for an hour and it was great! Very affordable and the outdoor view was wonderful.
I highly recommend this tour!
