Driver was late; I had to call several times to check his whereabouts! It would ave been more desirable to catch an awaiting cab!

Super nice driver. The port was super chaotic but he was patient in our attempts to find him. We got off the ship early and he left early to get us. I would recommend this pick up.

We had and earlier debarkation than expected and the driver company made every effort to pick us up an hour earlier than expected, Kudos!! They did it, our driver showed up with enthusiasm and got us to airport in a comfortable clean van He was polite and pleasant and very helpful ! Thank you !

The driver was great and ensured our arrival on time at the airport. Only disappointment was the transfer arranged through Viator was a taxi, and it was apparent that the cost of the transfer we paid was substantially more than the actual cost of the taxi.

Waited over 1 and 1/2 hours only to be told that no one would be picking us up. Had to pay an additional 16 Euros for a taxi to the airport. ZIP Transfers refused to refund the additional expenditure.
