Booked ride from Barcelona City hotel to airport. Cost was 69EU. Drive called at pickup time stating he was running later. Could I wait another 20 minutes. No I could not wait. Driver said he would get me taxi. Taxi arrived in another 10 minutes and cost 33.75 EU. I would like a refund of the original 69EU . I look forward to hearing back. C. Stasny

Amazing timing. Very professional. Arrived on time. Getting a taxi on your own at certain times can be challenging in Barcelona, even if the hotel tries to get one for you. Ordering one through Viator prepaid was worth it. Eliminates the hassle.
