Celebrity booked for me a chauffeur driven Merc limo.
We got a standard taxi ( there were about 200 available) but the driver had no name board of any kind and my wife found him. The fare cost Avator €14:60 but we’d been charged €66.!
I had two calls with the office but they never admitted it was a standard taxi and not a limo as I’d paid for.
I want a refund.

Contracted for a meet and greet driver with private car. Confirmed driver meet and sign at meeting point for 8am coming off cruise ship to train. Get a call at 7am from vendor asking us to meet at 730 which we couldnt do exiting a cruise ship and reconfirmed 8am pickup.
Exited cruise ship - NO DRIVER NO SIGN NO PRIVATE CAR....called the vendor 4 times and was told car was on way "coming in 5 minutes".....then he sends me a taxi and when I call him he tells me that this is his regular service, no private card driver and sign which they had previously confirmed via email to me. And for this aggravation and hassle wants to bill me 80 dollars....all after wasting my time for an hour when I could have just grabbed my own taxi 45 minutes prior and paid 25 bucks to SANTS. Either they completely botched it or this is a fraud of a service......
DONT WALK - RUN AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR - Nothing but BS
