They sent a Mercedes mini bus for 4! Driver was early and checked on us by phone/msgs upon arrival. Professional and courteous.

There must be confusion on where the exits are because our driver wasn’t outside the exit closest to us and no sign as was told. We wandered around outside until he called and asked which area we were in and then came and got us. Better directions would be helpful.

Driver was an hour late and we were making other arrangements right before they called. The driver was nice and apologized for being but waiting an hour was not acceptable for the price paid for the transfer.

The driver keep in contact with me even on the train and then called me when I arrived and it was very easy to find him. My only surprise eas that it was a cab and I thought I would be getting a car service
