I would definitely recommend this transfer. Our flight ended up having about a four hour delay, and I did communicate that on the front end via the app with the option to speak directly to your travel company. When we arrived in Barcelona, our driver was waiting with the sign and got us quickly into his car. I was impressed that we did not have any delays due to our flight delay.

I didn’t use the transfer. We were delayed by weather over the Atlantic and missed our connection to Barcelona. I called as soon as we landed in Paris and secured another flight to Barcelona, but the company refused to service us, calling it a no-show and not refunding our money. The man in the phone kept saying how I should have called earlier- kind of hard when you are over the ocean.
We got a taxi upon arrival at a better price than the transfer.
I will not use this company again.

I requested a larger transport for my family and I because of the amount of luggage we have due to an 11 day cruise. I understand what type of vehicles are in this country but after speaking with a tour operator and was informed I would get a vehicle to support/accommodate our family. We were shoved into a van with 12 suitcases and 6 ppl. Not very comfortable for the price we paid but the driver was polite and we tipped him well.

Our flight was delayed 4 hours, but after letting our operator know, they assured us the driver would still meet us. Sure enough he was right there on time. The Mercedes van was new, clean and big enough to fit us and luggage for 6 people comfortably.
Would highly recommend again.

Being that this was my first time to Barcelona I wasn't sure of the distance from the airport to the city and if it would be difficult to get there so I opted for this cab service. However, I discovered it is only a short 15 minute straight ride so taking the airport bus that leaves you in the center of Placa de Catalunya is the better choice. The bus costs 7.00 Euro per person vs a $66.00 cab ride. This driver approached me without introducing himself or showing me my name on his tablet so I had to ask his questions before going with him for security reasons. He was not friendly and on his cell phone from pickup to end and speaking in his own language (which was not Spanish). He only handled 1 of the 2 luggages we had. Had he not been on his cell phone he could have used his free hand to take the second luggage. I do not recommend this transfer nor using any of the black and yellow cabs. The second and last experience was even more unpleasant. We were running late to Montjuïc for a Flamenco show and had no option but to take a cab. Driver was extremely rude and took the long route to be able to charge more! DO NOT USE THEM!
