Transfer arrangements are on safe and on time. Mr. Han is good in organizing his fleet. We are very happy with Mr . Nghia for our trip up and down Sapa, he is a polite and careful driver, we enjoy our ride and good conversation with him. We booked all our rides in Hanoi with VIP transfer during our stay, will definitely use this company again on our next trip, highly recommended.

I chose the wrong pickup time for my arrival, but the driver was already waiting at the car park for me. The journey to the hotel was smooth.
The return trip to the airport was as pleasant. The driver came earlier to my hotel to pick me up, and although the traffic condition was not pleasant, being in the comfort of the car is. Thank you for the rides.

I booked an airport pickup and the driver did not show for an hour despite me having provided all the details. We tried to contact several times and the provider kept saying the driver was 10 minutes away, which was not true. They offered a free drop off to he airport for the inconvenience. I booked in a time and once again they did not show, leaving me running late for the airport.

There was a mix up with my booking when flight details were not confirmed. I tried to make contact with the tour operator 3 times via WhatsApp with no success. I then contacted Viator via Chat who called the tour operator on my behalf to send a driver asap. All in, I waited an hour after my flight landed to sort it. Bad in that the driver wasn't waiting. Good in that in got sorted pretty quickly.

Trustable driver and organization. When I left my wallet in the car and contacted with Owner to tell the driver back to the hotel, the driver would return soon and find my wallet safely.

Since it was our first time in Hanoi, we wanted an organized transfer that would take us comfortably from the airport to the city center and to our hotel. We found the "Hanoi VIP Transfer" here on TripAdvisor and after a little research we booked with them. I made the first booking using the booking form on the homepage, but unfortunately I didn't get a response. Then I tried WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the responses took longer and longer and I got information about excursions etc. that I hadn't even asked for. Mr. Han introduced himself after I asked. I found the whole communication with Mr. Han to be not particularly professional. But the driver was friendly and courteous. The car (an SUV) was clean and well maintained. The journey was professional and problem-free. The price was 370,000 VND (approx. €13.5), which is very cheap for this distance by European standards. You pay the driver directly when you arrive and if you want, you can also give him a little tip and make him happy. I give the 4* because of the professional driver, the good condition of the car and the problem-free journey.
