It was very easy to book a private transfer from Hanoi to Halong. We just messaged the operator via WhatsApp and got a reply a few seconds after that. And Richard was very kind and quick to answer our messages and he arranged car for us. We got our car in time (15 minutes after). The driver was friendly and very helpful.

I hand a great ride from Hanoi to Halong Ver fast and easy booking. We called the local operator and they arranged car for us. Our car arrived on time. The clean car and driver was punctual even came earlier and waiting at hotel lobby. We arrived safe and pay cash to driver. Really recommended

Booked a two-way transfer from Hanoi to Halong. Timely pick up from Hanoi and offers drop offs at the Noi Bai Intl Airport. Car was very clean, driver was friendly and tried their best to communicate using Google Translate. Would recommend using their service.
