Head up to the mountains and into the wild Cretan nature on this half-day quad safari. You will travel through shallow waters and through impressive gorges featuring amazing archaeological formations. Very beautiful landscapes and magnificent views. The photos are great. The walk was very nice with a part on the road and another in the trails, forest.... the guides at the top 👍. I recommend

We had such an amazing time on this trip. We were staying in the old town and so met at the main office where we were driven to the quad bike base . You are given a lot of great safety information at the start and while you are kept very safe thoughout the trip you are taken on routes that release the adrenalin and make you feel that you have really achieved something at the end! You travel to places that you just wouldn't be able to get to by car and the views over Rethymno are spectacular.
We were glad that we booked the 4pm trip as Crete was in the middle of a heatwave so it was a little bit cooler by that time.
There were pictures taken during the trip that you are able to purchase at the end of the trip. Be prepared to take cash as there is no car machine at the quad base. The pictures were very good value though at 15 Euro for 4.
You won't be disappointed by this trip - book it!

We did the afternoon tour and were with a smaller group and our guide Harri. You get an initial explanation of the quad and then drive a stretch on the road to get used to it. After that we went off-road and it was really a lot of fun. Harri paid attention to the group's ability and you always had the feeling that you had everything under control. Since the route was closed with a water section, we headed for a higher mountain and had the most beautiful view of the surrounding area from there. That alone made the trip worthwhile!
Thanks again to Harri, who led the whole thing in a very friendly way and was able to speak to those involved in English, Dutch, French and German if there were any questions.

We got to experience REAL off roading as well as the beautiful scenery from way up in the mountains tops.
Iv done a few atv excursions in Other countries this one by far was the best!!
The guide was knowledgeable and made sure everyone in the group was well taken care of!!

Everything is very professionally organized. All praise to the guides, no complaints to the organizer, except for one thing: the quad tours are definitely NOT suitable for inexperienced quad drivers, especially if you can't get a feel for the vehicle straight away. After 20 years of experience as a car driver, I didn't even manage 2 km on the quad. Not everyone is capable of driving a vehicle that is 200% different from a car after a 10-minute introduction, not everyone has a feel for the vehicle straight away. My tip to the organizer: explain in more detail what skills are needed for the tour (e.g. not for those with poor motor skills!) and/or offer 30-1 hour training beforehand for those who find it a little harder to operate a completely new vehicle, even with a car license. Definitely not recommended for those with poor motor skills and can't get a feel for a completely new vehicle (quad) within 2 minutes.
