This tour exceeded expectations in all respects. The guide and driver were stupendous because they were knowledgeable, fun, and very attentive to us. The guide was full of fascinating stories about the temples. Our guide was a great photographer too!
Word of advice: Tuk tuk is the best way to explore the temples. It’s slow enough to enjoy the surroundings, yet fast enough to cover lots of ground.

Sothan was a wonderful guide; very knowledgeable, well-spoken English and a very nice person that cares about his country and its heritage. What I also liked is his pace of explaining and the amount of information that he gave: I wasn’t flooded with information and he gave me some time to let thoughts sink in which made it a very comfortable experience.

Bunleat was a great guide - provided so many interesting facts about angkor wat and the surrounding temples. He also took great pictures of us! The provided van was comfortable, and the water was definitely needed in the heat! He was also considerate of our needs (traveling with older people and young kids) and flexible with the itinerary while providing structure to our day. All in all, a great trip.

We are a group of family visiting Angkor Wat in early December 2023 at sunrise time. This was a great experience that we had in Asia. Our tour guide, Bun, was knowledgeable and knew how to avoid the crowd and one of the temple we were there alone. Bunleat was very knowledgeable about the history of all of the Angkor temples. He did a wonderful job of ensuring we saw the temples we wanted to see, showed us the best places to take pictures, and was very accommodating about mobility issues.

Our tour guide, Vandy, was nothing short of spectacular! He gave a very descriptive tour without making us feel like he was trying to fill us with unnecessary knowledge. We really did enjoy his information and patience with us foreigners.

This tour was well organized with an extremely knowledgeable guide. We were able to tailor it to our specific wishes as it was a private tour and the guide was sensitive to our interests. Boray has extensive knowledge on the history and archaeology of the temple and points out little known features that you would never learn in your own. We had a beautiful sunrise experience and saw a great deal of the park including the main temples beyond Angkor wat. Borays English is amazing and we enjoyed getting to ask questions about Cambodian life and experiences beyond just the temple tour. Highly recommend!

This was our second trip to Angkor Wat and this was an unforgetful time. I saw so much in one day. We just did a quick one as we saw them once. We contacted Happy Angkor Wat Tour. Ms. Sokun LIN was quick to reply to our request. We wanted to meet our tour guide, Mr. Vanny, but he's not working at the moment and moved to a different city. So we went with another tour guide, but we didn't regret that because he was also great. We paid her through Paypal for this booking.

We did the tour with Borey as our guide. It was the best tour we have ever done! Borey was an excellent guide who doubled as a photographer showing me where to take the best shots, giving me camera tips and taking photos of us too. Its a long day with a lot of walking but worth every minute. The tour company were great with communication, confirming pickup times as well as tips on how to prepare for our tour. Borey speaks English perfectly and was so easy to understand that we learnt so much and can’t wait to get home to tell everyone about our adventure. The car was clean and we were offered endless bottles of water unlike other tours we have done. We had the best day, thanks again!
