Firstly the transfer was spot on - punctual, clean & great communication. The tours were well planned out. The additional pack lunch was a must have. We end up coming out via the wrong exit at the salt mines (nothing to do with the company) but the driver drove around the town until he found us. IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT! The tours were long but very informative and interesting.

Our family spent several days in Krakow in the safe and very friendly hands of our most knowledgable and highly skilled driver Alek. He was prompt collecting us from the apartment, and he had a unique knowledge of his city and homeland. Alek added considerable value to the trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and was very patient with our granddaughter. On the following day he drove us to the Salt Mines in very difficult weather conditions . On the last day he took me to the shooting range, and afterwards showed me the picturesque lake and facilities of Krakow Bagry. Both his reliability and dependability ensured that our trip to Krakow was a complete success. We would highly recommend the company he works for namely 'Welcome in Krakow'. We hope to return to the city and avail ourselves again of the company's and Alek's expertise. Brilliant!

Two incredible sights, a must see experience. We had a fantastic driver Patrick who was knowledgeable, kept us on time, had excellent English and gave us a huge amount of backstory about Poland and his experiences growing up here.

Booked online was quick and easy! Had a few queries so contacted through WhatsApp, correspondence was quick and simple. A friendly Wiktor collected us from our hotel, made the trip enjoyable and funny during the transport between the tours by adding extra little bits of information or history along the way. Being in a small group, in a clean air conditioned vehicle, was able to store bags during some of the tours as your only permitted a small size of bag, this was possible as Wiktor waited while we where on our tours.
Would 100% recommend booking with welcome to Cracow! Will be using again in the future if we are back in krakow! Thank you for the amazing service and making our trip a massive success and long lasting memories!
