We were greeted very warmly by the cruise manager Chinh and looked after later during our stay. The transport to the ship was on time, fast and well organized.
There we had a stylish room with a wonderful panoramic window, a beautiful bathroom and a small adjoining balcony. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable. A delicious menu was served in the dining room. There was also the opportunity to take part in a small cooking class and an introduction to Tai Chi. On the upper deck there was a bar for happy hour, a hot tub that other guests used with enthusiasm, and comfortable loungers. An excursion was offered that gave us the opportunity to see caves and climb the mountain on Titov Island to enjoy the great view. Afterwards you could relax briefly on the beach or swim (although the water didn't invite us to do that). Towels were provided for this. Back on the ship there was also the opportunity to go fishing or book a massage. The next morning there was a light breakfast and the offer to kayak through a cave into a bay behind it and spend some time there. Some participants were able to film monkeys. Afterwards there was a hearty breakfast while we were already on our way back to the harbor. A great program and very well organized. We can highly recommend it!

Don’t look for any other Ha Long Bay cruises because this is the one you want to go on! From the very start, the staff was very accommodating and incredible. We were celebrating a birthday and honeymoon and they gave us a free cake and decorated our room very nicely for the honeymoon! Our friend was feeling nauseous and could not make dinner so the staff offered to deliver bread and ginger tea to help her feel better. They really went the extra mile! The activities were incredibly fun, we went on a cave tour, went to the beach, went kayaking and explored the beautiful bay. I am a Vietnamese American and can attest that the food is incredible! Rooms are very clean and bed was super comfortable. The rooms had very powerful A/C to the point where you can get too cold. The cruise manager, Tim, had a great sense of humor and was a fantastic tour guide! At the end of it, they took us right to the next Airbnb that we were staying at. Could not have asked for a more incredible experience!

One of the best Luxury cruises, I ever stayed in my life. The service was impeccable and the food was extremely sumptuous. A guide was available throughout the tour and he was knowledgeable and humorous. The sky deck bar had good choice of drinks. The cooking class was informative. The early morning Tai-ichi exercise was extremely refreshing. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable with an attached balcony. Will visit again.

Beautiful cruise, the meals quite delicous. especially, i impressed with Mr.Minh working at reception. He's really ensthusiasm and profession. Alls so geat, i'll comeback soon in next times.

Mr. Tim, Hanna, Thor and the entire crew on this one night cruise were amazing. Highly recommended. I especially enjoyed kayaking in the water tunnel. The Vietnamese noodle soup with sea bass was yummy!

Booked Athena royal suite. Room was amazing. Had a great experience. Chin was super helpful and welcoming, he looked us after very well.
