Excellent experience; the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Pickup at the hotel was on time and both the van and the boat were clean and well appointed

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, you need to book this tour! I assumed I'd have to pick through the buffet to find something I could eat. But the staff were SO amazing and had prepared ahead of time. They brought me special dishes that I could eat! My husband loved the cooking class, and the trip was very chill and relaxing.

It was great experience , overall good service. We were group of 4 and all vegetarian from India, didn't expect them to serve us good Veg food, but they did their best. Offered us full veg menu.
The cruise was clean, Their overall Ban Menu was not so expensive, so you could enough of drinks and pain to your wallet :)
The itinerary was well crafted, dont forget to bring your swimming consume or else you would have to skip Swimmign into the middle of the ocean !! Kayak was also good arranged.
Then trip in smaller boat and Guide was great.
Overall good experiecne and if you're less than 4 days in Hanoi, its best to keep DAY cruise only. If you want more days in Hanoi or at Halong with peaceful time spent, stayin in Cruise is worth.
