Incredible experience. Well worth the early wake up call! Eri our driver was so kind and a brilliant driver we both slept the entire journey (around an hour) to get to the Jeep. He made us some tea at the meeting point and introduced us to our Jeep driver. He was very skilled and we both felt very safe and had the most fun ever!!
Really great company to book with. Very responsive. Lovely staff. We felt really well looked after. Would 100% recommend!

The Jeep driver Mk Angga was a competent driver who communicates clearly with us. He was very warmth and helpful and will check with us if we need any help and he is always helpful to take nice photos for us to capture memorable moments when we are waiting for the sunrise or during sunrise. Wonderful morning spent with Mk Angga, Kadet and Adi Putra. They came early to meet us at the hotel and looked into our well being throughout the whole trip, even obliging us and dropping us at our lunch destination. Even the trekking guides were very good.

The jeep tour was an organised chaos. Unfortunately there are so many jeeps going up that hill for the sunrise and it’s all quite crazy. It’s definitely a nice view though and all in all it was worth it. Although the drive was a bit scary at times, we always felt safe.
The hot springs were lovely, it was a shame that we only had one hour. Could have spent a whole afternoon there with that lovely view!

I had amazing and hassle free day tour to mount batur, hotspring and rafting with Viator. The guide and driver Negah Alit was extremely kind, friendly and always did his best to ensure all my needs are fullfilled. The car was clean and always ready on stanby after i finish each attarction. I dont have to wait or call looking for him. Extremely best service.

amazing view from the top, and even better ones on the way back down after the sun rises. it was so awesome seeing so many people on the mountain at once. if you want pictures of you taken on top of the jeep, your tour guide has you covered. i saw many of them directing people for the best photo opportunities.
hot springs were clean, the food was great. they offer massages in the spring for 100k-ish with a very calming aromatherapy oil. towels, lockers, toilets, showers, and changing rooms are provided. hot springs also face a mountain with a gorgeous view. we went to the springs soon after sunrise (arrived at about 7:30) to find it pretty empty. more tour groups came around 8:45-9am. we had an amazing time at the springs.
our tour guide, mang sute, was helpful and patient with our large group of 12 people. even when we were indecisive about what to do, he offered potential outcomes. our jeep driver, adi, was very fun as well.

We had Komang Parta as our driver. He arrived early and waited, eliminating any anxiety we had about missing the trip. Throughout the entire trip we felt safe and comfortable. We highly recommend having Komang as a driver. Thanks Komang, you’re the best!
