Amazing experience. Our driver was very friendly and efficient, supporting us the entire journey and took us to each camp and introduced us to tour guide and gave tickets. The tour guide was brilliant, really knowledgable - an incredible experience.
It would have been better to receive more information before you go about what to expect, contact information if who you will be meeting, timings etc.

The tour was interesting; our guide didn't give too much information and easily presented facts and details in each area we visited. The cold and rain helped hit home the message of the holocaust atrocities. I'm not sure what I was expecting to feel at these sites, but I left feeling much more informed about how these poor souls were treated and the horrendous living conditions they were subjected to. I recommend this tour enormously.

Really well organized and driver was amazing, arriving on time and ensuring I had arrived in correct group and had snacks, and heater going for me while it was snowy!

Absolute disgraceful and disastrous service! Most expensive tour and on way to Auschwitz receive details that there is no tour guide and you can self tour with a book! What a joke! Advertised as Tour of Auschwitz- not transfers to Auschwitz! I asked to cancel and be rebooked on tour with tour guide and told I’d have to pay for another tour! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute disgrace and worst service ever!

We had a great day. Our driver picked is up at the hotel and took us to camp 1. Where we meet our guide who was fantastic, she seemed to know everything about the camps. Sadly I don’t remember her name. After the tour in camp 1 there was a short break and transport to Birkenau. Where we ate our lunchbox that the driver had arranged, after that we entered the camp with the guide and walked around. Unfortunately a thunderstorm came so we had to shorten the tour. The driver waited in the parking and took us back to Krakow.
I can really recommend that you book this tour.

Overall a pretty excellent trip considering the topic.
Driver was lovely and arrived at the hotel slightly early which was great in our opinion.
Upon arriving at Auschwitz there was a huge queue which we were thinking we'd have to get in. However, the tour guide said as we were a private group we could go straight through, even better! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgable and answered any questions we had without hesitation.
I would 100% recommend this trip, especially the private tour as you learn so much more!

Better for going in the late afternoon when tours and school groups were leaving - quieter and more able to reflect on what you were seeing which was harrowing in places

Auschwitz is difficult to see and hear of the atrocities carried out there. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history. Charles, our driver insured that we met up with our guide and took good care of us to and from Auschwitz.
