Mai and Su picked us up at our hotel and we spent a wonderful day driving with the ladies around Hanoi city centre and the countryside. The tour was very well organised and we have been offered interesting explanations of the Vietnam history and insights into local people’s living. Besides, the driving skills of the ladies were amazing! We‘d definitely recommend anyone coming to Hanoi the first time to include this tour into their travel plan!

Both Phong and Ling were amazing in the motorbike tour. Phong was super friendly and gave a lot of great information, and Ling made me feel super comfortable on the motorbike even though it was my first time ever on one. I highly recommend this experience as it is a great way to see Hanoi and also feel a little bit like a local in the process.

I recently had a great experience with the Sunrise Tour. My guide Trung was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation about Vietnam and its history and culture. The bikes they use are comfortable and safe.

I recommend this tour to see the town at a time you would not normally be up as a tourist. You will see the surprising amount of people already up and exercising at 5.30 and cruise through the streets that are still peaceful at that time. You see a lively market in the morning, the flag ceremony at HCM memorial, and as a bonus for a history enthusiast like me, cross the Red River along the bridge designed by Gustav Eiffel. To finish all this you have breakfast of your choice in the best cafes only a local would know.

It might be a little tough to get up at that hour if you're not an early riser like me. But it is definitely worth it. You get to see a lot without feeling any rush, have breakfast and relaxed coffee, return to your hotel and still have a full day ahead of you!

So my advice to you is: take this trip! You will need to set your alarm early but you absolutely WILL thank yourself later.
