I am not a believer in organized tours, preferring to dive into countries after reading up and finding places of note, but Kapadokya and our fanntastic guide Mustafa (the only Mustafa in Pupa Travel, haha) changed all that. Perhaps it was the fact that no question of ours went unanswered, and every part of the tour became richer by the friendly and generous information that we got. We'd like to come back in another season, and yes, we'll be looking up Mustafa.
