• For days balloon flights can not resume due to unsafe weather conditions, we can not guarantee a space for the following day.
• In the event of a cancellation of the balloon ride due to unsafe weather conditions. Only the payment of the balloon ride will be reimbursed as one hour Standart Balloon Flight- Cappadocia. The refundable amount is 170 euros. This will not affect your following tour schedule of Cappadocia for that day.

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
