Marek was a top guy! picked us up took us to the zoo which was fantastic 10/10. Very friendly and helpful always there to answer any questions! Communication before your trip was also excellent, no hanging around wondering where to go!

Great experience for me and my partner! Was collected outside our accommodation by pawel who was there 5 minutes ahead of scheduled time,
Timings were given the day prior via WhatsApp and collection from the zoo was also prompt
Following collection pawel was great and offered to take us back to our apartment or any other are of krakow as well as sending us a list of things we can visit during our stay and local food recommendations
Highly recommend using this company for all visit’s and experiences I will definitely be passing pawels details onto friends and family and using on future visits

We arrived at the zoo first thing before many people arrived, they were working on alot of new enclosures. Our driver was very polite and helpful

This visit to the zoo is highly recommended, especially to families with small kids (but even my 14 year old son found it interesting)! Our driver, Marek, was more than helpful, kind, willing to help us or inform us regarding anything we wanted to know. Definitely I would choose him again for my family's trip and suggest him to my friends visiting Krakow.

Paweł our driver was brilliant, giving us recommendations of where else to go whilst we were in Krakow. He was also so so friendly and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to go to the zoo or other excursions in the area. I have his number for if I ever return and he told me to give this to my friends too if I knew anyone else coming to the city.

This is a great day out either alone or with family. A wide spectrum of animals and creatures. We loved it. People in comments say its small but its not that small at all! Its a good size for a half day trip with gift shop, food and drink available at the end. We loved it.

Our driver was Kamil. He messaged us the night before to confirm the details. The pick up on the day was on time. Kamil is a great guy, and extremely helpful. Pick up from the zoo was on time, and we then asked to be dropped off in the old town province, not the hotel. We were dropped off at the castle. It was ideal. We can thoroughly recommend this company. It was excellent.
