The car not show up, the airport on the voucher was not the airport that I was request, I had online chad but no response, I almost late for my trip. So frustrated.

We had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Mr. Yu, was punctual and efficient. He gave us a rough timeline so we were able to see the sites we wanted to visit. He was polite, helpful, and considerate of the two seniors in our party. We were still able to design our itinerary with his help, and modified slightly to make it more efficient. Highly recommend!

Our driver was a great communicator. He confirmed one day prior and also kept in constant communication through WhatsApp. Once he arrived he sent pictures of his car to alert us of his arrival.
