Our tour guide, Alvaro Garcia, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, but also was very attentive to the family, and catered our tour to our interests. We really enjoyed it.

We booked this trip months in advance along with our excursions. Several weeks before our tour the company emailed me asking if we could change the date. I said that was not an option for us and didn’t hear back. The night before our tour the guide once again messaged me to change the date. I reiterated that was not an option so at 10:23pm he notified the agency to get us a replacement. The replacement we received was obviously not a tour guide. While he was very nice he knew absolutely nothing about the city or any of the buildings he pointed out. The tour was very, very disappointing as we did not receive the services we paid for. And, this is 100% the fault of the tour company for providing subpar staff. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

We are 2 elderly ladies, 80 years old. Our guide Alex was absolutely wonderful. He walked slowly and made sure that we took frequent breaks in the shade. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Mallorca and was able to answer all our questions. It was a very memorable tour.

Rony was a great tour guide. We had a 3 hour walking tour. He showed us otherwise unknown corners in Palma we would not have seen without a guide.
To be his first guided tour in Palma I give him a top grade

Alex was a terrific guide. He is from the island and he shared with us very interesting information about Palme de Mallorca. He had wonderful communication skills and his love for area was evident. Thanks for a wonderful tour.

Palma De Mallorca is one of our Princess Cruise ports. These 2 hours walking tour brought us abundant histories about the town. Our tour guide Albert is well educated about the history of the town. We were benefited by his knowledge. He is care and concern to walk slowly according to our group of seniors.
There are shuttle buses from the port to the point which very closed to the meeting point and the palace. $ 10.00 p/p round trips. Very convenient.
