Excellent tour guide with good English and very informative tour of main sites in the centre of Vienna that we asked for on our first visit. He didn't rush us but he fit in a lot in the 2 hours and would highly recommend this private tour which the guide can tailor to what you want to do. He went at a steady pace and there was time to take plenty of photos. Very pleased with our tour and would highly recommend.

Our guide, Marcello was very accommodating, even allowing us to change days due to the bad weather on the day we originally booked. He was very knowledgeable about the places and sights we passed. Vienna is a relatively compact city, though we still managed to walk nearly 9km over the 3 hour tour!
A short coffee stop mid walk would be the only improvement that I could suggest.

We have booked dozens of private tours and never had a worse experience with a private guide in Vienna .
Franz Dobersberger turned up 15 minutes late having entered the hotel via a back entrance while we were sitting out front waiting.
His introduction was he had been living in Thailand for 22 years but his travel business had gone under during Covid. Came back to Vienna and was working as a waiter. It got no better from there.
He did not know where he was. Had zero familiarity with transit. Took him 45 minutes of a 2 hour tour, glued to his phone using public transit to get us to old Vienna which as it turned out was a 25 minute walk from the hotel. We wandered around with no obvious plan. He offered no insights beyond pointing out landmarks available from a guide book.
Kept getting lost.Total disaster

Our tour with Garam was perfect! He tailored the tour to our interests, and covered so many highlights of Vienna in 2.5 hours. He gave us some great suggestions on where to eat. We very mich enjoyed the apple struedel and vanilla cream recommendation!
