After changing our guide 3 times and the start of the tour which required us to rebook other tours, they cancelled after we arrived at the bike shop for the tour. Viator was not responsive and blamed the vendor Guydeez. However Viator owns Guydeez. Then in order to get a refund we had to send an email w proof to Viator even though Viator cancelled the tour. That was 3 days ago. We still have no refund. We cancelled all future tours w Viator and will never use them again. Nor will we recommend them to anyone. They ruined our trip. Did I mention still no refund??
