We visited Hakone on a torrentially rainy day which unfortunately did not afford us the ability to catch glimpses of Mt. Fuji. Our tour guide Yumiko San was wonderful. We told her what we absolutely didn’t want to miss - she made sure we didn’t miss. Despite the pouring rain she brought yo us to the Picasso open air museum. She also stayed on for a while longer - so all our must do/must see were done.
We would highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable and very patient.

This was, hands down, our favorite tour we took on our Tokyo vacation. We are a family of five and our guide, Harry, made sure we all enjoyed every single second of our trip. There's no way we could've seen all we saw and made all the various connections to the cable car, rope-way, open air museum, shrine, bus without his expert planning. This was money well spent and allowed us to fully enjoy our day instead of worrying that we had walked a mile to wrong bus stop, etc.
