Valentino was very kind and accommodating. We had a great time, we highly recommend this experience. Valentino and his family fed us well, and allowed us to try different foods after the lesson ended

My husband and I had a great time at this cooking class! We learned a lot and enjoyed meeting and talking with the other people in the class. However, the location is very difficult to get to and from if you do not have your own transportation or if you are staying anywhere other than Amalfi. I would recommend otherwise!

This is at the cutest farm with a sweet, Italian family who knows how to cook! Wonderful experience, farm fresh ingredients, and great wine (made right there at the farm). It's a little drive to get to the farm, but so worth it. Such a nice break from the city. Highly recommend!

Eating the food that we made, on the outdoor patio, with homemade white wine was awesome! Very fun experience.

Valentino was an amazing host. This is a well worth cooking class and experience. However, just know the Viator app states there is a meeting spot. There is not. You must get to the house on your own. From Amalfi you can take a bus for very inexpensive or a taxi is very expensive. Check the bus schedules as it’s a bit confusing. Once you stop in Algeria, you will have to take a short walk to the house. You will not find it on your own so ask someone where it is. Once there you will see a sign which looks like the colors of the house with the name. Then you are there. So not miss the walk up to the viewing point ver near the house. That’s the picture from that location. So plan transportation and the experience is fantastic. And…the food is great too, especially because you make it !!

Valentino made the whole day a wonderful experience! I have never tasted better food! The tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve tried it everywhere! So warm and friendly.

A wonderful family run business and great way to truly experience the culture of Amalfi. The class alone was worth it, making pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu but the added benefit of a most spectacular view less than a 5 minute walk, homemade wine and limoncello made fora fabulous way to spend the day!

I normally never leave a negative review but I am having a difficult time deciding on my rating. The class description does state maximum of 30 people so it is my error that based on the pictures I assumed it would be a smaller group. The weather was awful on the day we went therefore many people in the class who had outside activities planned had to cancel those plans and joined the class that very morning. We had 30 people and it felt very crowded and was loud and difficult to hear. Although very charming our young (13 year old) host Giovanni could not control the class. We were instructed to wash our hands and put on our aprons. About 10 people washed their hands..When the next class came in we saw them putting the same aprons on that our class had used. People did wipe their hands on those aprons. When you have that many people using their hands to make Tiramisu- mozzarella- and pasta the lack of hygiene was off putting. The Tirimasu and mozzarella making went fairly fast but due to only having 3 pasta machines - the process of running the dough through the machines took forever. We heard the owners saying they didn’t have enough food so they needed to run out for more supplies. The next class was coming in while we were finishing our meal. Due to weather We were not able to tour the farm, or visit the viewing point. We did not have the limoncello. The owners were obviously stressed and this came through in their interactions with us. If you are looking for a small completely hands on class I would just say beware as you could end up in a very large group. Transportation to and from the farm is difficult if you are trying to get a taxi. To end on a positive note- the wine was plentiful and good.
