Descending into the Mayan underworld was an incredible experience...!!! The only thing that did not satisfy me was the time they give you to eat... otherwise, it is highly recommended to do the excursion, we had the guide "Pepe", very willing to transmit knowledge, I also thank the salesman Miguel who knew guide me in choosing this trip...!!!

This experience was a surprisingly excellent part of my trip. My tour guide was Daniele and he was an absolute joy. Extremely knowledgeable, fun, excited, and a great guide who taught our group many things and made sure everyone was having a great time. I would highly recommend this experience because it really opens your eyes to the beauty of nature and how it is affected by time and how it has impacted humans. It is also a very pretty experience and a very unique cave exploration.

Excellent trip to one of nature's wonderous sites! Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the pickup location – no waiting around. Stephanie (our guide) and the staff at Rio Secreto were knowledgeable and well organized. Our hike/swim through the caves was a highlight of our Mexico trip. Enjoyed viewing intricate rock formations and learning more about how caves are formed. Liked having a photographer record our adventure – we purchased a complete set of photos. Our driver was waiting for us at the end to take us back to our hotel - no waiting around. Overall great experience. Well done!

This place is amazing and a must on your visit to the Cancun or Playa del Carmen area. One of the best places I have ever scene. It is in National Geographic's top 10 places for families to visit. It's absolutely beautiful, almost magical to see.

This was a truly incredible experience. If you’re a nature-lover with a penchant for adventure this is for you! As phenomenal as this natural wonder is, the experience was absolutely MADE by our incredible tour guide Lu. Lu provided the perfect amount of guidance, knowledge, wisdom, and fun to make this experience one that we will treasure forever. The photos take by Hector and the delicious lunch were also highlights! Thank you Lu and thank you Rio Secreto for the truly beautiful time!!!
