We were 8 people. They sent a 7 passenger vanto pick us up. And on the way back to the airport i specifically said we didnt fit and we needed a bigger vehicle and still didnt listen. I also required a booster for my chinldren and they didnt provide that. So if you are paying for transportation of 8 people or more save your money and look elsewhere.

Worst possible service… got to the airport and found E tranfers representative… he said it would be a 20 minute wait… after 30 minutes I asked him again… he said another 20 minutes… after almost 2 hours he said if I dont take a taxi I might be there all night … terrible

I would not recommend etransfers. Prior to booking the shuttle, I called to ensure to verify the amount, verified what is a good return pick up time. They said that it can take between 1-2 hours. I asked for a recommended time, the customer service rep sai that the time I also inquired is ok. I received an email message days befofre confirming our pick up. I confirmed via email. I received a text message on WhatsApp 5 minutes prior to our pick up time that they cannot pick us up. We were ready to go -packed and waiting in the hotel lobby. I said this is not ok, why are we being notified 5 minutes prior to our pick up time. Their response was that the traffic was bad. I asked why would they not know if traffic was bad or if the driver couldn't make it in time more advance than 5 minutes. I tried calling them on WhatsApp. They won't pick up. I was in tears as we had to scramble to find a ride, costed us a lot more so not to miss our flight. DO NOT SCHEDULE A SHUTTLE WITH ETRANSFERS.

Do not use this company. We paid $100 in advance for a ride from our condominium and they went to three wrong address. They refused to come get us or return our payment. They are the worst.

Service was friendly but they are very disingenuous about waiting times once you arrive. But myself and my friend who arrives separately were told it’d be 10-15m waiting once we checked in but ended up being more than 45m each time

Wonderful and easy transport from hotel to airport. Our driver was FREDDY , he was very friendly and had good conversation on way to airport. The shuttle had great A/C which was great because it was so hot. Thanks Freddy for the great hospitality!!!

My third round trip shuttle in 3 weeks, they were pretty good on the first, I used another company on the second and this one was a bust…
Took me over 25 minutes to find a representative outside the Grab N Go at Terminal 2 as specified.
When I first was unable to find the coordinator, I tried calling via WhatsApp as suggested in the reservation confirmation; throughout the hour I spent in total waiting for transportation, they never answered that phone.
At about 35 minutes I did get a reply text that told me I booked the “economy” shuttle and “waits can extend 30 minutes to an hour”, so it was my fault I was frustrated.
For the unseasoned traveler, spending almost 30 minutes in a sea of arriving passengers to make the personal connection regarding your prepaid transportation can be quite unnerving.
Thank goodness I knew to look for one of their vans in the loading area to find the coordinator (who was clearly overwhelmed by her job).
I’d avoid this company if I was looking for a good experience

After using their service for my honeymoon last year, I went ahead and went right back to them. The online booking is very easy and they have chat available to help you with everything. I only used them for my return to the airport as my hotel had a bus that picked you up and offered a precheck in service to minimize time at the lobby so we only used them upon leaving Playa del Carmen. When I walked out to the lobby I saw him immediately standing there with the sign and I walked right up to him and said Hi, he asked me if I was me and we continued. It was the end of my trip and I was exhausted so his name was either Miguel or Mario but I'm not 100%. Before I even noticed our bags were in the escalade and we were on our way. We added a bottle of champagne which was delicious and we finished it before reaching the airport. It was smooth and easy, I recommend them 100% for your trips out of Cancun airport.
