They were amazing people, very helpful. They made sure I felt comfortable as I was by myself. The boat tour was amazing the route they take you on is beautiful. They were very patient as I botched the pick up location several times and they allowed me to change it. They were very punctual coming 10 minutes early They offer both pickup and drop off.

We unfortunately had to cancel our boat ride due to extreme heat that day, but I am leaving a review to commend the tour operator company's professionalism and flexibility. Despite Viator having a no refund policy, we were assisted by the local tour company and given a refund. I will be contacting this company for all my tour needs during my next visit.

Felucca ride with guide Omar Saeed, the most beautiful experience in Egypt. The guide is competent and friendly and left us with an excellent memory of this day. Tour taken at sunset, which gives a romantic view of Cairo. Wonderful staff. Everything is really beautiful, thank you!

In addition to the beautiful ride, a plus point is Omar and the driver, two exceptional people.

The Felucca ride is ok. The guide really does not know much, though she is very nice and friendly. Felucca ride in Aswan is much more impressive.

We purchased this tour as it fitted into our itinerary while on a short stay in Cairo. We went for this option over a dinner cruise as the reviews of food on the dinner cruise weren't great and we wanted to see the skyline from the water while it was still light outside. The word "cruise" is used in the descriptor of this trip but we didn't cruise anywhere - we drifted! Our boat had no motor and wind was low so we were towed out by a motor boat to around 400m from the riverbank and then we literally went around in circles for the hour. We didn't see anything only what was around that specific area. I think this weather is pretty normal for Cairo and we should have been offered a motorboat option rather than this.
Our guide was OK but on pick up he was quite persistent trying to get us to upgrade to a dinner cruise which we had to push back on multiple times. I understand the traditional boats don't have motors, but this trip shouldn't be described as a cruise as it's not a fair descriptor
