All our transfers are private vans so you will not wait in line. Claudia was exceptional she made me feel comfortable and that I can rely on my ride being there. My driver was out there by 6:30 and my pick up was 7:00. He got me to the airport in no time

The experience was hassle free. The company confirmed my arrival information. Our driver was right on time to pick us up and the drive was efficient and easy. The driver even offered to stop a few times to get snacks. Would use again!

June 2023- We booked transport from Tulum to Cancun airport a couple of days before our trip. Our Airbnb address only had a street location which Paradise Transfers promptly notified us so we could send additional geo location to make the transport pick up smoother. One the day, the driver arrived early. Because I read reviews of other transport services being late and/or not communicating the pick up well, I did end up calling Claudia a little earlier than my pick up to confirm everything was on schedule, she was very pleasant and actually told me me the driver was already outside. Driving experience was very smooth and comfortable. I would use them again!

Paradise Transport completely forgot about us and left us high and dry at the airport after we had booked through trip advisor. We were paying a premium of $135 USD for what we thought was a premium safe and comfortable journey. When we rang to see why they weren't at the airport the women on the line at Paradise Transport pretended that someone was on the way when it was clear they had forgotten us. She then continued to lie to us about someone coming. After about thirty minutes of waiting when most people had left the airport Paradise Transfers sent someone from a different company to pick us up. Through all our communications with Paradise Transfers they lied about the circumstances of the booking including describing an imaginary driver who was supposedly shouting our names from the a very specific spot where we were waiting. She even tried to blame us at one stage when it was so obvious what had happened and refused to give us a refund so we could catch another form of transport, which by the way would be half their price.
If you have booked with them I would be worried! Good chance they won't show up!

Driver kept in contact with us, waited for us to get though immigration and luggage, driver very welcoming and polite, GREAT VALUE for money obviously a long drive to Tulum we slept in the car no complaints at all :)
