This is a wonderful experience to sail in a round basket made of coconut leaf sheath. Such a durable and foolproof mode of transport that an entire community business runs on several hundreds of these. The venue is a quaint and beautiful submerged coconut grove with several narrow water ways intertwined. Each boat is 2 seater and the rowed by excellent handlers. They would not just sail you from one place to another, they would also keep you entertained by singing and maneuvering skillfully. Thete are specially skilled people who will entertain you with additional amusing tricks at 100k VND. Else the cost per boat is 300 vnd for a ride of upto 45 mins. There are arrangements of live bands right in the river on floating baskets.
This is an absolute fun activity for young and old.
