We booked a 28 foot private boat for 6 hours for our family of 8.
First of all, our cruise changed port days on us, and FlipTours was able to make last minute arrangements to accommodate us.
Every single thing about our day was amazing! Noel and Diego took amazing care of us all day long, took us to a snorkel spot, a private beach, and made us the most delicious lunch. The food was beautifully arranged, tasted like a 5 star dining experience! Everything we asked for we received.
I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

The yacht was clean and very organized. The crew of three were profession Al and accommodating. Great drinks, food and entertainment. Wonderful snorkeling. We saw a turtle, barracuda and stingrays and many other fish.

Bad -
#1 - Make you pay an additional $7 a person once you get on the boat to "go into the National Park". Poor taste as we were quoted one price via text and email and then they tack on another $49 to what you owe. Other trips charge you up front for everything. They did not want to charge you up front for everything to avoid the credit card service charges. We didn't bring extra cash and ended up looking bad to everyone else on board b/c we couldn't pay. Bad way to start the trip. This was on top of the dock charge which was $5 a person but I know that they have nothing to do with it. Their website says $3, not $5.
#2 - This was more of a large pontoon boat, not a catamaran.
#3 - They didn't have flippers for kids. We have taken many snorkelling trips that have flippers for kids.
#4 - Diver wasn't interactive at all. Just said follow me. Didn't point out any fish or even recognize if there was something cool below.
#5 - Very short time at beach. Website says its 4-5 hours duration. It's more like 2-3 hours. Especially if your the last to get picked up.

#3 - They didn't charge us for the National park fee. One star for each good thing.

Our group of 19 (adults & kids) had the BEST day ever on this private Catamaran tour! The ceviche was absolutely delicious and the crew took incredible care of us! We snorkeled, swam by an island, and we loved the hammocks in the water attached to the boat. Such a fun relaxing day! We would highly recommend this to anyone! Can't thank the crew enough for making this such an enjoyable experience for our family!!!

We love to start out our vacation on a sunset cruise. We usually have new people with us and its such a great way to get to see the water for the 1st time. Sunset are absolutely gorgeous out on the water. They are always so helpful and readily available for fresh fruit, drinks and anything we need. Cindy is so helpful to find anthing we need or want to do with Cozumel. I appreciate her knowledge when we arrive in town for dining, activities and suggestions.
