Valparaiso is very beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the streets. We appreciate that we were able to go on a funicular ride and see most of the things I had researched about. There was nothing to do in Vina Del Mar except eat lunch. Now for the cons. It says this is a multi lingual tour however no one else spoke English in our group and even though Yahir (our group leader) tried to include us somewhat, the experience would have been better if it was solely an English tour. In addition we were one of the first people picked up and we had to drive around the city for an hour and a half picking up the rest of the people before the tour even started. As a result, the tour was 12 hours long by the time we got home. We must have spent 8 hours in the car and 4 hours touring. 30 minutes at the Casablanca Winery, maybe 2 hours in Valparaiso, and an hour and a half having lunch in Vina Del Mar. We were so anxious to get off the bus upon return that we had the driver just open the door to let us out to walk to our air bnb. We spent extra time waiting on a few people from the group who would stray to shop. I think Yahir should have had better control of this. It made us late for the rest of our time on the tour. I don’t know if I would recommend this.

Tour guide did not speak as much English as Spanish. Felt we constantly got the short version or nothing. Town not as interesting as lead to believe. Long drive, expensive lunch, too much waiting around. But the real problem was just not enough English.

This tour ticks att the Valparaiso boxes and from that point of view its excellent. It totally lets itself down with its terrible selection for lunch, the restaurant is a tour company regular where kickbacks are handed out because without the toursit trade this restuarant wouldnt survive, the service is appalling, the food is even worse and then the bill is the final slap across the face. Do the tour but eat at some of the other restaurants in the area

Our tour guide Angelica was simply the best. She really tried to make the trip upbeat and interesting. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. And our driver was safe, efficient and friendly as well.

Our weather was not the best as it was not the greatest time of year for this tour but we enjoyed it all the same.

My aunt and I went on a tour to Viña Del Mar & Valparaíso with Daniel and the driver Alejandro. They are friendly, funny and extremely patient. Not only do they do their jobs well done, but they are always giving pertinent tips on the cheapest market, where to eat and the better deals. Daniel not only takes us roaming through the two cities but also makes remarks about the smallest details, as well as historic and geographical context. He’s the full package, he even takes great pictures of all the tourists in group (in our case nicknamed the “mafia simpática” 🤣🤪🥳)! Congratulations on a job done with excellence, we can tell how much you do it with passion. I recommend the tour with these guys, it’s a great time guaranteed and p.s. they make extra stops to take advantage of the great landscape so we can take great pictures). I was simply enchanted!

I came to Santiago alone so was a bit nervous about doing a tour alone but as soon as I met Ismael I knew I would be fine, he made me feel instantly at ease and very comfortable. Ismael has great local knowledge and a fun character that had us all laughing all day. The tour was the perfect combination of activities and we even had time to fit in an incredible boat trip to see sea lions. Christian, the driver, was extremely helpful and also gave lots of interesting facts about Chile and the two cities we visited. I would highly recommend this tour and hope you get these guys as they were great! Thanks again for everything :)

Amazing day at the beach with Daniel and Luis. Big points to the fact that is Fiestas Patrias and they were taking us to visit Vina del Mar and Valparaiso from 8am to 5pm! While walking down the hills of Valpa, you even get to meet their biggest stars: Chocolate and Lady, the cutest dogs ever! They were ponctual and polite. Daniel knows a lot about the country and it culture, and gives you tips on other things too. Super recommended!

Great day trip to see Viña del Mar and Valparaíso! Daniel our guide was super knowledgable and friendly. Group size is small and the guide’s speak excellent English. The day is well organised with a one hour walk through Valparaiso included at the end of the tour and lots of opportunities to take photos throughout the day. Well worth it and definitely recommend!
