Awful. Driver didn't turn up. I got in touch with the provider a couple of days before to confirm all details and to give my number and was told all was fine. The driver didn't show. The number I was goven, I called, and this went straight to voicemail. I complained to the provider later that day and they essentially accused me of lying! I am still in the process of getting a refund for this. You're better off using the grab app
