Excellent Tour. Very well organised. the tour guides Carston & Steve. Both very informative. Steve was fun, safe with his driving. He was fun to be with & nothing too much trouble. The tour covered the rainforest. We got to stay in the rainforest. The hotel in Cooktown was very comfortable. Would recommend this tour. Ask for Steve & you will enjoy the tour.

We had a wonderful three day tour to Cooktown and Daintree with Steve as our guide He was unbelievably flexible for us, reliable, friendly and super helpful. He rolled with whatever we threw at him and made the whole journey easy and comfortable. He knew so much!!! We learned tons about the natural world and the history of the region. The accommodations were more than adequate, a comfortable (luxury, really) vehicle and fabulous restaurants. We had some of the best meals of our entire stay in Australia on this trip. We appreciated being so well cared for.

The tour was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was well organised and interesting and the accommodation was excellent. The tour covered everything we wanted to see especially the rainforest and we got to see plenty of crocodiles!
Our driver/tour guide, Steve, was an excellent driver and we felt safe in his hands and his knowledge of the area and the flora was amazing. He was friendly and fun and was very caring towards his passengers. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Would recommend this tour and this company to anyone.

Booked this for myself and my Mum as a birthday celebration. We have been so well looked after. Simon was attentive to every little detail and was able to share a wealth of information with us about everything from birds, forest, animals, communities and food. Great accommodation, great food, great sights and experiences. We have done a huge amount in 3 days but not felt rushed or pressured. Thanks for everything.

Discovery Tours Australia arranged a three day trip from Cairns to Cooktown for three of us "oldies," and it was perfect. There was not a wasted moment, and yet we never felt rushed. Our guide, Steve, was very knowledgeable, patient, and open to any and all questions and suggestions. Most important, he had a very good sense of humor. It was perfect for us; and we had Steve and the car to ourselves......

Our 3 day trip was the most fantastic experience enhanced by the passion,energy and experience of our tour guide Steve. Throughout the trip Steve brought the itinerary to life with commentary,information and an inspiring enthusiasm for the areas we covered.
In addition to the core itinerary this trip enables a more flexible experience and Steve suggested and worked hard to ensure we visited the places most suited to our needs.
We enjoyed wonderful meals and accommodation that enhanced the whole experience. In addition the Daintree river trip and Mossman Cultural Centre were just superb.
Overall we received an amazing once in a lifetime experience,aided by Steve’s caring,professional and experienced management of our trip.We completely recommend this trip.
