I wish i was told that our hotel pick up would have been at 6:10am and that it would take 2 hrs to pick up other passengers before heading to The site. I would have booked soemthing else.

Absolutely amazing tour! Hugo and Victor were very kind and informative. Hugo is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Mayan people and their culture. The cenote was amazing and beautiful!

PS. Hold off on buying souvenirs until the second city you go to (after cenote). The Mayan village overcharges you and the items are mass produced.

The tour guides are so knowledgeable of the culture and natives. Victor, Paul and Jesus are the best your guides I have ever had. They were very courteous and very respectful. We loved the trip to Chichen itza the most. It was rich in history. We also loved the trip to the colonial city Valladolid. It rained all day so that dampened our excitement, but overall we will do this again

This experience was incredible. We took our young kids, it was long day for them but they loved it. The van was clean and comfortable for the time you were in it. The Host was amazing, Miriam was so kind and friendly. She spoke amazing English and translated everything in Spanish as well. You could understand her every word! The Cenotes were AMAZING. We wish we had had more time there, by the time you get your life jacket, shower off and get down the long stairs you didn’t have long to relax in the water. Loved this, would highly recommend.

The guides (Norma and Rey) were so nice, informative, and respectful of Mayan history and culture. We learned so much about Chichen Itza. The cenote was breathtaking and amazing to swim in.
Things to note- you can pay the guide for entry into Chichen Itza or wait and use a card at the site.
-Bring and umbrella or poncho if it's the rainy season because it comes down hard!
-you have to pay for lockers and a life jacket at the Cenote
-there's a gentle push to support the Mayan communities via buying gifts, personal calendar, etc. Which is fine by me, but if you don't want to do it, just say no. It's not a big deal.
-At the end there's a gentle push to tip. Which you should because this experience was AMAZING!!!
5/5 stars. This was such a great experience.

Alfredo and Javier where so hospitable and knowledgeable . We enjoyed not only the drive through the tour, but how well the history was explained to us about the Mayan people. You can feel the sincerity from the guide, which made it all the more enjoyable and safe. We where traveling with our baby , if you know you know having an accommodating host is essential. 10/10 recommend this tour. Please be sure to ask for Javier and Alfredo to receive this same experience !!
