Rent an E-bike and get to know Madrid in your own pace and in a comfortable way. Your will be able to see more places than with a normal bike and you will manage better your energy! We provide you with a map of the city and give your some ideas of what to see and you enjoy the capitals atmosphere in your own rhythm. Pick up and return of the bikes is in our Trixi shop in c/ de los Jardines 12, just a few minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol (metro Puerta del Sol or Gran Vía)). From here you can easily reach the most important sights as well as the Retiro Park. With an E-bike you can also get to know the new Madrid Rio area along the river or the Matadero, where there is always something going on: markets, music, theater and more.
The rental price includes a bike, a map with the itinerary, a description in Spanish or English, a lock and a helmet if desired.

Trixi bikes has a very friendly staff and rents out decent bikes. We had a small problem with one of the bikes and it was changed within 15 minutes( at the other side of the town). Did a 25 km tour, batteries lasted well!

Very nice and helpful staff, we loved biking in Madrid! The bikes worked well (minor issues with one of them). Electric bikes are very useful, as Madrid is very hilly.

The owner, Michal, was very nice and very accommodating. He delivered e-bikes for my wife and I to our hotel and returned to pick them up after our one day rental. The e-bikes were in great condition and we did not have any problems with the bikes. We highly recommend Trixi Madrid to anyone looking for a great experience exploring Madrid by e-bike. We have booked e-bikes again in October when will stop in Madrid again for 2 nights on our way home from our 45 day trip to Europe.

A fantastic way to see Madrid, and the various suggested routes for the self-guided tour, via the Trixi website, were excellent.
The pick-up and drop-off of our e-bikes took only a few minutes, including instruction on how to operate (very simple).
And we were given panniers and handlebar phone mounts for use, free of charge.

No doubt, renting a Trixi bike is the best way to know the streets and the parks (Retiro, Parque del Oeste, Madrid Rio, Juan Carlos I...) of Madrid.
The city bike was in perfect shape and the service was fantastic. The owner (always available!) is easily reachable on WhatsApp. I will use a Trixi bike next time I visit Madrid, that's for sure!
