This operator is cheating ! Don’t buy admission tickets here !!! It says the tickets here are guaranteed for you to skip the line. I went to the waterpark and I still needed to queue up (in fact, a long queue) for the wristband. There was no counter for any online booking. So what’s the point of buying the tickets in advance ? And I asked the staff for the fast pass and the staff said there was no such thing. So, what line did I skip ? This operator is just a lier and please be aware of it. For TripAdvisor, you guys must check how trustworthy your partner is 😡

The Park is nice, but long wait times, the staff is miserable, the only good thing is the wave pool, the lazy river/rapids is not fun, tubes run out so one has to wait.
The worst part was the foot, they don’t let anyone take food or drinks inside, that’s ok, but then one can’t find food inside, at 5 all the food ran out and I went to like 5 different locations for food, asked for help from a Chinese man who was in the management, he wasn’t of any real help, just did the bare minimum for show, won’t visit again.

It's a very fun water park, clean, very good atmosphere. My grandchild likes it very much and wants me to come here often. The staff are cute and friendly. Various players I'll come again. There are lifeguards to take good care of your safety.

We are a fun-loving couple | age 35-45 | who were very impressed by this water park! We both said it was the best one we’ve ever seen.
We arrived at 10am, just as the park was opening, and we’re glad we did. This allowed us to jump right on to most all of the big slides with little to no wait. Many of the big slides had huge drops that will really take your breath away. Some are single, some double, and one that seats up to 6 people. There are weight + height requirements per ride and they do have you step on a scale before every turn. Some rides don’t allow any personal items (shoes, hats, sunglasses, phones, or even loose jewelry). This is because of how intense the speed of some slides are!
Lazy River + Wave pool are great for a more relaxing vibe. Lounge chairs available to all & Cabanas for upgrade price. There’s even a swim up bar that serves cocktails overlooking the wave pool. Pretty entertaining to sip a drink while watching everyone try to manage the waves. There is a whole section designated for kiddos but we didn’t take the time to check it out.
The food court + drink offerings were fun & provided a good variety. Euro, Indian + Thai, fruit/smoothie stand, cocktails + more.
The gift shop sells splash proof cases for phones which can be used on some of the rides, but not all.
Lockers for rent + showers available for all. There’s even someone going around snapping photos during your slide adventures & photo gifts can be purchased at the end of your trip.
CONS:
•Once it gets busier, it would be nice if the workers worked a little more quickly as they seem to take their sweet time getting riders on the slides & this slows up the lines quite a bit.
•Friendlier staff at food / drink stands. We had trouble getting them to notice us a few times.
OVERALL, 4.5 stars because it’s such a beautiful, well maintained, and fun place to spend the day!

Was the best day! So worth it. Our 2 teenagers loved it and for peak time, it wasn’t that busy. We waited 15 minutes for a slide except for the family ring one but it was definitely worth it. We waited longer just to do it again!!
Take plastic waterproof covers for phones. We left ours in a locker so i needed to take it, take the pictures before putting it back before next ride. Not annoying but wished I’d taken the cover.
Food needed to be brought by a tab system so I’d recommend working out roughly how much you’ll spend otherwise it can be expensive!
Definitely worth a day out!
