My boyfriend and I did the walking tour the night we arrived. Even though we've both been to Avalon before, we learned history we didn't know. Liked how the tour continues automatically when you reach the next location. Was a great way to get an overview of the city and to start our 4 day vacation. Recommend it!

We enjoyed hearing the history of many of the buildings on the island. Once we got the tour going, it synced well as we walked along the route.

GF and I download the self guided audio tour and we enjoyed the info that was provided as we followed along while we walked. Recommend to do the self guided tour after having breakfast or lunch to walk off the food. A+

Decent with good info. Avalon is very small so, this is a very short 'tour'. It was interesting that they don't start the tour at the dock - that would have made sense but it's well worth it. We went in late June and there were no crowds on a Thursday - so enjoyable. No cars make it way less hectic as well.

By far one of the best things we’ve done as travelers who enjoy walking and sight seeing. This was really informative, extremely priced and allowed us to learn about Avalon at our on pace, on foot. We really liked that the tour guide (Matthew) was easy to hear and follow and there were guest voice appearances by local residents. FYI you MUST download VoiceMap to access this which was super clever. Good way to spend 45 mins to an hour.

At many stops on the tour a local expert would explain what you were viewing. That background knowledge made the sights so much more interesting.
