Dina was an amazing guide - she was extremely knowledgeable, willing to share about herself and all things Egypt and made the visit to NMEC extra special due to her passion for the museum and her ability to explain history. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Dina - she really brings the displays to life.

Hoda, the tour guide, is truly a book full of knowledge. She made our experience at the Museum of Civilizations much more enriching. Hany, the driver, was very attentious and respectful.

Mario was our tour guy and he was AMAZING.
We went to Old Cairo, Museum of Egyptian Civilization, and the Market.
Mario was very knowledgeable and made our experience so much better. He asked us where we wanted to go and recommended great places.
Took us to a great restaurant to have lunch.
Our driver was also amazing. On time to pick us up from all the places we stopped at. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This museum was a must see!! My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and Gina our guide was just amazing. She picked us up at our hotel lobby on time, and the driver and car were both very nice. Gina prepared us with lots of information and history of Egypt during the car ride in order to give us a best understanding of the amazing collection that the museum offers. She was professional and witty. We truly appreciate her work.

Great museum! A little noisy, as the majority of the items exhibited are in one big room. Good signage, so a guided tour isn't necessary. The mummy collection was outstanding, but the rest of the museum was equally interesting. We spent about 2 hours, but could have stayed longer if we weren't still recovering from jet lag.

Our Guide, Hoda, was very knowledgeable and kind ! She explained everything very well and answered all our questions. She even was able to show and take us to a little shop we asked about.

I highly recommend this tour, especially if given by Gina Refky. She is a fantastic guide: very knowledgeable with excellent English. She is also a patient, kind and funny person. She made our tour quite worthwhile. She also took us to a few other places in addition to the NMEC, all of which were most enjoyable. We felt very safe in Gina’s capable hands! If you feel a bit intimidated about getting around Cairo but really want to visit the NMEC, book this tour!

Looking at real mummies were an astonishing experience. The environment of the museum, serene, organised and cool, made it an enjoyable experience.
