It definitely was convenient to be taken on a bus to these locations so we didn't have to worry about parking, and was probably one of the best things about the tour other than the caves themselves. You can manage this on your own. It would have been just as nice if we had gone on our own.

The caves were amazing, most definitely worth going. We have seen many caves before but these were by far the best. The surprise performance was wonderful.

We really loved this tour - it was the highlight of our holiday! The day was packed full of activities that we thoroughly enjoyed! The only thing was when getting picked up from the hotel, the person picking us up was quite late and rushed and frustrated so came across as quite rude. But overall an amazing day out!

A very fluid overall organization: message in advance to indicate the place and time of the appointment, shuttle system to reach the bus, appropriate visit time, etc.
A very friendly and efficient guide and a very pleasant driver.
The caves are worth seeing!
Overall, we are very happy with this excursion.

A great full day, even if one of the caves was a conveyor belt of tourists, it proved worth it in the end.

Wow this place is lovely been to Majorca 6times never been here
Got taken by bus , you go to a pearl factory 1st, then the caves , very impressive a lot of stairs , at the end you get a seat and they put on a light show in the dark and play classical music, then you can walk over a bridge out or wait in line for a boat to take you out, we waited for a boat , we got out of the boat to be confronted by about 60 steps up to get out,, we weren’t told this,, so please be aware of this

Great guide, very knowledgable. Travel from Camp de Mar in SW Majorca took 2.5 hours including pick ups from other hotels. Had 45 mins in the pearl factory then headed to Caves of Hams. Had 45 minutes in the caves then taken to Porto Cristo to get some lunch. Had 1hr 15mins in Porto Cristo before heading the Caves of Drach. Had 1hr 20mins in Caves of Drach and surrounding Cafes before heading back to our hotel. The only part of the trip I wasn't impressed with was being hurried along in the Caves of Drach by the onsite guides. Felt like we were hurried through and not really given chance to relax and take pictures at our own pace without being abruptly told to "move along", or "you can't stand there" I understand it's a timed entry but that's no excuse for rudeness. On the return journey we made an unexpected, very pleasant 30 minute stop off in Manacor for a liqour tasting and souvenier shopping opportunity. Entire day from Camp de Mar to the destination and return to hotel was around 10 hours.
