Caves, pearls and beach, one of the most precious treasures of Mallorca. Drach and Hams Caves are the most spectacular underground beauties in Mallorca and offer you an unforgettable natural show.
The Drach Caves are among the most visited in Europe and many consider them the 8th Wonder of the World. The Lake Martel, one of the largest underground lakes in the world, is the scene of a classical music program. The inside temperature is very pleasant and constant throughout the year: 21 Celsius. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes during the visit.

The tour company cancelled on us less than 24 hours prior to the tour because we were the only couple that booked. They said it was due to technical difficulties and when we pressed them on what that was they admitted it was because no one else booked and they refused to take us.

After concert no way to get out of crowd waiting to take boats
Had to crawl under rails and masses of unmoveable people
Boat ride not possible due to bus schedule. They need to separate attendees walk vs boat

We were picked up by coach on a sunday and taken to a local village with a sunday market.We were given 2 hours free time to walk around which was to long for most people I talked to.We were told we would visit the caves at 3 o clock in the afternoon and were taken to porto cristo and told we had another 2 hours free time.There was not any food involved with this trip but there were lots of restaurants at porto cristo so you used the local shops.
We were then picked up and taken to a pearl shop which was of no interest to most people in the group .We all started to think this was a long drawn out day to get you to spend money.We got picked up and finally made it to the caves .You are in there for about an hour and I found the caves to be very good, especially the classical music played on the rowing boats by professional musicians.We came back to the surface and boarded our coach and was told it was a 10 minute journey to our hotel.
In hind sight it would be better to get a taxi there as you could do the trip in a morning or afternoon instead of wasting a day of your precious holiday

The tour didn’t meet expectations. Based on the tour descriptions, more was expected, and this sentiment was consistently expressed by other customers during the tour. We would not recommend for other travelers.

Our pick-up point was Santa Ponsa, from there drach caves are very faar. Over-all this trip has more travel time than stoppage at the Caves. We wanted to take lunch at Caves but we had 0 time left. Caves are best and once in a lifetime experience with nice 10-15 min music concert in it. Guide was explaining everything in multiple languages continuously like a radio which was bit irritating. Overall it was okay experience except Caves itself.

The caves were amazing. Sadly got a little touristy at the end with the music and light show. Kind of ruined the experience. The Pearl Shop was a waste of time. No staff to really serve you in the speed required to get back on the bus. It wasn't really a factory tour, more of a 'buy something' tour.

The spectacle of walking through the caves was breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the brief music concert that brought a peaceful moment even though there were crowds of people.

The bus was very late arriving. There were long lines to get in. It is mostly a walking tour. There is no light show. The boats play music have lights on them. There was not enough time to wait in line for the boat ride because by the time the show ended, we had 10 mins to get to the bus and the lines were very long. Even if we did the boat ride, it was about 100 ft max. It is not at all the experience we anticipated. You can drive there yourself and buy tickets much cheaper.

Very well organised, guide very helpful and patient with all the questions.
The stop at the pearl shop was far too long, felt unnecessary and felt more like a forced shopping trip.
Time could be spent better if we got longer “free time” at the caves, for a coffee of something
