This is an incredible experience. The volume of visitors and heat (no air conditioning) were challenging and I look forward to visiting again at a less busy time. This is a must see/do - but if you can do it in the off season, you will enjoy it so much more.

Horrible experience. Not only I couldn’t print out a ticket for the excursion until the day before which made me thought things were sketchy. I walked to the meet up area and no one was there to meet up. Luckily I had phone service to call the operator she answered and said she had no tours. I told her I have a 2:30pm tour and I was there at I looked behind me and found her. She gave me 2 tickets and they gave us a verbal directions on how to proceed to the Vatican. We showed up at the entrance and the workers told me my pass was for 2pm not 2:30pm. I showed them my tickets I paid for 2:30pm. He told me to go back and complain. I told them they probably wouldn’t be back at the bar. He felt bad and let us pay entrance fees and let us skip the line. Not only I paid 200 for the first tickets but 40 more to get in. Just buyer aware they take your money.

Tour personnel was supposed to take us to the entrance and get us in, they walked halfway with us then gave verbal directions which were very confusing and had to ask others where to go. Times were pushed back with no notification, waited an extra hour for the guide to give use tickets for our "skip the line, no wait" purchase. Would never use this guide or recommend it, it was a rip off.

This was appalling. We booked these tickets over a month in advance for a graduation trip. The afternoon before they cancelled our tickets. They said they were cancelled for no tour guide. These tickets weren't even for a tour. Obviously because of the late cancellation all of the other skip the line tickets were sold out on our last day in Rome. Terrible.

Location for ticket pickup is 10 minute walk uphill to entrance. Vouchers were not ready at prescribed time. One sent via WhatsApp at last minute for our party of five. Unclear how much leeway in entrance time is allowed for admittance. Must present vouchers twice at entrances. Museums are excellent but limited air conditioning and fee points to purchase water from 1 euro coin operated machines (was an extremely hot day). As warned, few rest rooms are available and there are very limited points to sit and rest.

This tour skip the line pass is a scam. We paid online and went to the location early for our tickets. We were told our reservation got cancelled by the Vatican. We were then told for 70 Euro cash we could get a later skip the line pass. We were also told we would get our money back from the booking. That has not happened even after contacting the your company. We paid the 70 Euro and we were able to enter at a later time which impacted the rest of our plans. If you have not booked through this company, don't! I recommend you find another way. This one is a rip off.

The worst Experience, the nasty lady at the meeting point canceled my long time ago reservation, she shouted at me and at all the people that were at the 12 pm tour, she made us wait two hours telling us that our tour was running late only to know that she did cancel it because her husband didn’t want to work, I was really angry and mad for the service she gave us, I was a really good and happy client of your tours, but since now I am going to choose another agency

Make sure you ALL bring a photo ID or a picture of your photo ID. It was so easy to get there and get in with this service. The lines for security were crazy but we just went right in. Do the self guided tour if you want more freedom.
