Tour rescheduled from 9am to 3pm, drivers arrives an hour late for pickup , 10 minutes into ride tyre gets punctured, understand this can’t be for seen, however no spare or repair kit so guide needs to get help, 30 minutes later he returns, by this time it’s past 430pm & we still have 3 hours to ride to last stop, so decide we should stop & next stop, just as well as tyre goes down again
What’s disappointing is only got 10% refund
