We took 5 days trip from Luxor to Aswan. First thing is really good communication. They were ready to answer the phone in any time of the day. Food was ok, rooms on the ship were good. The tour guides were good as well and spoke good english. All in all we enjoyed the trip and we think it was worth the money.
