The tour is very complete. The team of people in the field: very good. Guides in Spanish and professional drivers. All very friendly. The tour is very interesting even if you have long journey times

This was a great activity and a great way to get from Aswan to Luxor with the sites included. Myrna was very helpful in organizing everything including transportation in a comfortable, air-conditioned car and two guides, one at each site who had great knowledge of the temples and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this activity.

The places seen are amazing. The guides at each site and driver were friendly and efficient. You can see part of the Egyptian countryside. It was a very good trip that I would like to repeat as soon as possible.

It was a very nice trip. I had an excellent guide with me. He was punctual in the timing of the visits. He had a very nice explanation of the ancient Egyptian civilization. The company’s cars were very large. I will repeat the visit with the same company soon.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with Viator and a tour organiser. Following are a few negative experience that you all should be aware.
1. Itinerary clearly mentions Abu Simbel as day 2 of the program. But as the attached photo showing my conversation with the tour organiser (Hurghada Tours), they would ask for US$50 per person for a join tour from Aswan to Abu Simble (plus entrance tickets on your own).
2. Even though the second hotel at Luxor is a 4*, the first one at Aswan is far from even 2*. The room is filthy and they didn't give us an option to change to another hotel (they let me stay at a river view room as 'the best they can offer')
3. NOT 3 lunches included, only the first day. I confronted the tour guide and he said I would need to pay extra if wanting to have lunch organised.
4. There will be no train ride from Aswan to Luxor. They put us in a car which took a lot longer than a normal train ride (5 hours compared to 3).
5. The tour guide in Luxor is the worst. He smoked in front of us, asked the car driver to stop to buy his personal stuff and food and let us wait in the car. He had even got dropped off to his own house before the car driver sent us to our hotel.
6. The tour company wanted to charge us a wrong sum of money for entrance fees. Luckily we kept them all and asked for the correct amount. PLEASE DO NOT use the tickets they give you. Just pay for them at the ticket counters or online as they will not have a chance to overcharge you for tickets.
7. This is a negative review for Viator itself. I contacted them after the trip and asked for clarification and a partial refund but they refused to escalate it and simply rejected my demand. Viator doesn't seem to have a proper customer care service in my opinion. This could be my last time with them.
My final words to Viator, this tour company is a huge scam. To avoid future negative reviews, you should investigate their falsely advertised program or ban them altogether.
