This tour was everything we hoped it would be. Jim took us out in his cab, he picked us up at the collection pick up on time, he was friendly, professional and knowledgable, it was great to learn first hand the history of times gone by, Jim tells the stories of the murals with honestly and sadness I found it very emotional in places .We would totally recommend touring the murals this way, this tour is value for money and you won’t get one to one service or knowledge like it thank you Jim for a great tour.

We did the Belfast murals Taxi tour last weekend with Jim. We initially picked this because it was good value for money and stopped off at all the places we wanted to see. We were not disappointed. Jim was very friendly,knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to get a good insight into Belfast.

Jim was the most excellent tour guide, and this was the best tour I’ve been on in years. Jim gave us an incredible experience in Belfast, teaching us such valuable and critical history. Jim was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and thoughtful. He encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed and was eager to give us a comprehensive answer to each one. This was truly the highlight of our trip to Belfast—thank you, Jim!

Didn't turn up at our pick up point, no way of contacting them other than email.
I was on the phone for over half an hour with Viator and had to fight to get my money back. Viator said they would put in a refund request and it would take 5-7 working days to get back to my account IF the tour company agreed to the refund. I insisted I was not leaving the phone call until I had received my full refund, my contract was with Viator NOT the tour company. It was only when I asked to speak with the supervisor that I managed to get a resolution.
Booked one through the local tourist office which was £20 cheaper!!!!! Great experience with them.

We just finished a tour with Jim what a fantastic guy. He was full of knowledge, humour and banter, I would recommend him so much.

Fantastic experience. Jim was so informative and delivered the tour with passion, knowledge and humour. Very friendly and welcomed all our questions. Visited parts of Belfast we otherwise would not have seen. Highly recommend this tour, worth every penny. Even dropped us off at the pub! Thanks a million!!

This was an incredible experience spent with someone who has lived through the troubles first hand. Moving and even emotional at times be prepared to perhaps challenge any pre-conceptions you may not even realise you have. Our guide completed the tour with a balance of both humour and respect and with an insight and honesty you can only have if you have actually lived it. We felt this was a must do in Belfast and are grateful to our guide for his handling of what must be at times a difficult subject. So much more than a simple tour of The Murals this is absolutely essential Belfast for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the turbulent past and gain a better understanding of the Cities recent history and hope for the future.

We had a tour guide named Jim, he was an an absolute gentleman, a great laugh and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend doing the the trip and Jim as a tour guide, he was fantastic (if he is available).

Our driver was brilliant, knowledgeable, engaging and really fun. I can’t recommend more highly. We learnt a lot and covered a lot more ground than we would have been able to on our own.

Just back from the murals tour . Joe was our guide . A truly brilliant experience , joes knowledge was amazing I learnt so much history . Thoroughly recommend this to all
