Mary Ann was amazing! Joe our driver too! I’m gluten and dairy free which makes eating very hard. When i got in the bus there was a bag with my name on it full of gluten and dairy free food!!!! I felt like a queen! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful day. Our driver, “Joe” and guide Mary Ann were absolutely the best! Mary Ann was so helpful and knowledgeable and such a delightful person. Joe did a great job driving and kept our drinks and snacks well stocked.
We highly recommend this tour.

Great itinerary and the driver and tour were very nice. My one complaint (although it is a pretty big one) is that the microphone on the bus was not working much at all so we couldn’t hear hardly anything the tour guide was saying. I have been on this tour before so it wasn’t quite as big a deal for me, but my family had not and heard almost none of the story and background of the castles. The guide tried moving back further in bus so the people in back could hear, but that just made it so the little we could hear in front we could no longer hear at all. With as big a group as these are on buses really need to use the quiet box (individual ear pieces) for tours so when off the buses we can hear and if mics go out in bus you can just pop in the quiet box.

Very nice tour, the excellent Guide, explained everything in detail and made it very interesting. The tour in the van itself was very cute, and the explanation to every detail made it even more entertaining.

Our guide was Cansel and our driver was Uri. My wife and I were visiting from Las Vegas and we have taken many, many tours. This tour is a MUST DO tour if you are in Munich and want to take in two great sites efficiently but with enough time to do them both justice. I mention the driver because we've been on tours where long rides can be a little un-easy. Uri was great - felt safe the whole time. Cansel knew everything about everything and made the trip a joy. Seriously, I can't say enough about how great this tour was.

Our guide, Cansel, and bus driver were both excellent. They did everything they could to make the journey as pleasant as possible. I had been to both castles in the mid-70’s, and was disappointed in the changes I saw and the rush of the tours in the castles (no fault of the bus operators). My wife had not seen these places before. The Neuschwanstein tour was very rushed due to the large crowds waiting to go through, some items I had seen in Linderhof were no longer there (the castle guide was good, though). I guess this is the result of me being well into my 60’s. These castles belong on everyone’s bucket list, but the experience felt different than 44 years ago and a little empty. To be clear, the tour operator’s personnel did a great job!

We recommend this tour. Annette and our bus driver were wonderful. Annette provided the right amount of information, and our bus driver navigated everything from the narrow streets to the Autobahn safely. And the treats and drinks were welcome after a long and hot day.

We had a fun day out with Maria and Tony! The day started off a little chaotic with a few people not having cash for the castles (they didn’t have the VIP selected) and us having to wait for them to get money from an ATM etc, it made us happy we did the VIP option since it’s towards the end of our trip and we don’t have much cash available on hand. It was nice to get front row seats, a bag of goodies and drinks included. I probably wouldn’t do VIP had we not been in the situation we are in but we had a great day at the castles. The guided tours in each castle were educational. We appreciated having free time and Maria giving us the option to walk with her as a group up to the bridge. The walk up to the bridge is steep but only took a half hour. The only thing we wish there was was more quick meal options in the town. Would definitely take this tour company again

This was a wonderful experience. The guide was very informative and so nice and helpful at both stops. There was plenty of time to enjoy both palace grounds and get in all the pictures and information. I enjoyed both palace tours and though the inside tours were incredible to see so much original pieces from so long ago. Tour ran on time and our guide was so friendly. Highly recommend. There is a fair amount of walking at both palaces so make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
